Steven M. Sperling has had over 20 years experience in the human resources field including extensive experience in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Building, Needs Analysis, Program Development, Assessments, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Appraisal Systems and Managing Change. As President of Executive Development Group, Dr. Sperling specializes in helping organizations to meet today's challenges by designing and providing leadership and team development programs for senior leaders, high potentials, and human resource professionals. He has also provided consultation on Selection and Assessment Procedures, Succession Planning, Career Development and Performance Appraisal systems. Originally trained in the Human Resources Department of AT&T, his activities have included work in the areas of Executive Coaching with senior level executives, Global Business Team Alignment, Assessment Centers, as well as Career Counseling with individuals from a broad spectrum of clients including academic medical centers and research institutes, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, financial services, and manufacturing. Dr. Sperling has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York
