Executive Leadership Group, Incorporated (ELG) creates Human Performance Systems to implement organizational strategy and programs. For over 20 years, ELG's Assessment, Assistance and Training services have helped executives of small and large companies realize their goals. An entrepreneur I know and respect once said to me, "It's fine to say you own a company. But that's like owning a watch. It's nice to say you own it and it's nice to look at. But try making things happen inside!" Executive Leadership Group was formed many years ago with the clear charter to help leaders "make things happen inside." We make sure that, once a destination is decided upon, the organization arrives safely. As one of our clients, the CEO of a successful global firm once remarked, "It's one thing to explain to your board why a strategy didn't work. But try explaining to them why you couldn't even implement it with your own people!" Our extreme focus on implementation is apparent if you look at our matrix of Products and Services. Our work ranges from the very strategic, at the organization-wide level, to the very tactical (projects and program management).
