Richard has more than 25 years of experience in non-prime auto finance and is a founding partner of Exeter Finance. He has successfully held a variety of management positions at AmeriCredit Corp., including Senior Vice President of Branch Operations, Senior Vice President of Credit Review, Regional Vice President and Area General Manager. Before AmeriCredit, Richard was a Branch Manager at Mercury Finance in San Diego, Calif. and worked for Bedford Financial Services, a small independent finance company.

Binh has more than 20 years of global experience in technology, manufacturing and financial services companies positioned for high growth. His experience spans all areas of strategic HR leadership, including executive recruiting, compensation systems, organization development, succession planning, and acquisition and integration. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Refrigeration segment of Lennox International, Inc.

Cliff has more than 15 years of experience in executive financial roles for publicly traded companies. Before joining the Exeter team, he was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, a leading car rental provider in more than 80 countries. Prior to Dollar Thrifty he held the position of Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc., and also for Group 1 Automotive Inc., a retail automotive group with over 100 dealerships generating more than $6 billion in revenue.
