Shipments are year round, although we reserve the right to delay shipping during extremes of heat/cold. Plants ordered during their dormant cycle will be held until the proper shipping time. We guarantee plants will leave our facility healthy. If plants arrive in an unsatisfactory state Please contact us within two weeks for instructions on returning the damaged plants for replacement. There is No long term survival guarantee. Some of these plants are VERY DIFFICULT TO GROW. Plants are labeled to the best of our knowledge but there is no guarantee of correct identification. In no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price. All orders must include Shipping Information, Phone number, Email address (if available). Please be sure that packages are sent to a location that is safe from the elements or to one where the package can be met by someone. The following states in USPS zone 7 and 8 have a base rate for the first item of $9. Small shipments to these states which fall under the USPS 1lb rate will continue to use the $7 base rate.
