EXOTX is pleased to introduce our StageOne style filter backing plates - a perfect complement to our SuperFilter and Cover Plates. An issue that has plagued StageOne style kits has been that annoying spoonful of oil that seems to collect at the bottom of the filter. The EXOTX plate is designed to reduce or eliminate this problem with the introduction of our patent pending oil capture groove. This groove opens up a small chamber where excess oil can collect rather than run down the inside face of the backing plate - the groove follows the passage from the hollow bolts directly into the bore that mates up to your throttle body. All mounting hardware is included in this kit. We have plates and kits to fit the most common American V-Twin engines on the market today, including the fly-by-wire design.
