Chicago, IL – Expedition Capital Partners LLC (“ECP”), along with LaSalle Capital Group L.P. (“LaSalle Capital”), is pleased to announce the formation of United American Security (“UAS”) through the simultaneous acquisitions of Industrial Security Services, Incorporated based in Cleveland, OH; Leonard Security Services, Incorporated based in Virginia Beach, VA; and Eagle Security Incorporated in Portsmouth, VA. The platform was established by Expedition Capital Partners in conjunction with long time industry veteran, Steve Frost with the intent to execute a buy-and-build strategy in the highly fragmented security guard industry. Each company in the initial platform brings experienced management and a long history of successfully operating in the security guard industry.
