We do not give cash or credit card refunds. All shoes being exchanged must be in new, unworn condition, and sent to us within 15 days of purchase. Experienceshoes.com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. We are not responsible for knowing what size shoe you need. We are happy to discuss the size with you and will do our best to put you into the right pair of shoes. The Buyer is responsible for all returned items shipping charges.
