Eleven years ago, founded on a vision of high quality reproductions and expedient service, Express Photocopy Service, Inc. opened its doors for the first time. The founders knew they could offer better service at a better price than their competition. After 9 months of planning and 5 years of experience - our company was born. The first office opened in Moorpark, California. We grew quickly adding several insurance companies and law firms as clients in our first year. In 1993, we opened both the Orange County and Bay area offices. We have plans for expansion into several states in the year 2000. We continue to grow by impressing our clients with excellent service. Since we started this business, we've lived by a credo: Perform the highest quality service in the shortest amount of time! It's a simple idea, but we incorporate it in everything we do, and every decision we make. With this goal, we average a four to eight day turn around time in retrieving your records.
