Express Vanline has processed customers with the utmost quality service for their moves. We are members of AMSA (American Moving and Storage Association), and D&B (Dun & Bradstreet). Please make sure you check Moving Companies Information with WWW.FMCSA.DOT.GOV. You will see we have no complaints and we are in compliance with all of our Cargo Insurance and Licenses. We are building a great rapport with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for our upcoming review in November of 2011. Currently we do not have any customer complaints and process over two hundred moves a month. Companies may have an A, B or C Rating, but please view the complaints they may have, or use your Google search engine and see what other customers say about other companies; you will be surprised. Our goal is to build top quality service for all.

It is customary for movers to offer price and service options. The total cost of your move may be increased if you want additional or special services. Before you agree to have your shipment moved under a bill of lading providing special service, you should have a clear understanding with the mover what the additional cost will be. You should always consider that you may find other movers who can provide the service you require without requiring that you pay the additional charges.

We believe it is your right for an In-Home Estimate, and Binding Price, so please, for your peace of mind, DO NOT let any moving agent process your move via Phone or email without an in-home visit. No company can provide you with satisfactory service without you knowing " Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move ", an industry standard booklet which we will happily provide to you.
