Agreement For the Use of Expressms Services The service is the Text Messaging Information Subscription Services powered and operated by Expressms Inc or its current and future affiliates or licensees (collectively, "Expressms") through different mobile service providers under different brands including but not limited to: (hereinafter individually referred to as "Expressms Service" and collectively referred to as "Services" or "Service"). In this agreement (this "Agreement"), "Expressms", "we", or "our" refers to the member of the Expressms group that is making this Expressms Service available to you; "MSP" means your mobile service provider or wireless carrier. Expressms and your MSP are separate legal entities that are not affiliated with each other. This Agreement is between you and Expressms. Your MSP is not providing the Expressms Service and is not responsible for the Expressms Service. You may have other agreements with your MSP that apply to your use of the Express Service, and those agreements will apply between you and your MSP. This agreement will not in any way alter any of the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with your MSP for its products or services. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EXPRESSMS. BY USING THE EXPRESSMS SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS MADE FROM TIME TO TIME.
