The company was founded in 1999 by an experienced group of ticketing and IT professionals whose objective was to develop an entirely new ticketing model. This model was focused on offering the highest level of service while taking advantage of the internet to customize solutions for our clients. Since that time, ExtremeTix has grown to support thousands of clients helping to sell over one billion dollars in ticketing revenue. Recognized as a leader in the ticketing and access control industry, we have built our business around innovative technology and quality people.

Tony oversees the day-to-day activities for ExtremeTix reporting to the company’s Board of Directors. As the Sr. Vice President & General Manager Tony leads the executive team and is accountable for overall delivery of company goals and objectives. DiCamillo has played an instrumental part in the design, implementation and support of ExtremeTix’s technology platform. In addition to leading the organization, Tony’s additional roles include studying industry trends as well as communicating with customers to identify their current and future needs.

Our Call Center is one of our most important assets. Our team of bilingual telephone support professionals provides phone ticket sales, help desk support and detailed information for thousands of events each year. During peak season we field over 1500 calls per day with approximately 20% of our calls resulting in sales. Whether assisting with the purchase of a ticket or troubleshooting an issue (88% of the issues logged by our staff are simple printer issues), our call center team is there to help your customers.
