About Our Organization EXXCEL Contract Management, Inc. is a privately held corporation headquartered in Columbus, Ohio and founded by F. Douglas Reardon. EXXCEL actively began business on May 15, 1991, and was incorporated in the state of Ohio on January 31, 1991. About The Services EXXCEL Provides EXXCEL Contract Management provides various services including consultation services, design/build, preconstruction management, construction management, and general construction for distribution centers, manufacturing centers, and professional office facilities. Although our primary market area has traditionally been the Midwest, we have completed projects throughout the country. EXXCEL is currently providing Design/Build and Project Management Services for customers located in Ohio, central Pennsylvania, northeast Illinois, western Kentucky, western Virginia, central Texas, and northern Utah.
