Bill has twenty-four years of experience in both the commercial and federal government sectors. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and a M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Supporting the National Security Agency and other Intelligence Communituies, he has extensive experience in system architecture and design; DoD Secure Networks; and Information System Security.
