Description

EC Data Systems collects certain personally identifiable information from Member in the course of providing FAXAGE Services. This information includes name, address, phone number, email address and billing information. It is EC Data Systems' intent to hold this information in confidence and to utilize it only for the purposes of providing the FAXAGE Services and any routine communication or notification that may be made to Member from time to time. EC Data Systems does not sell, rent or otherwise allow third parties to access this information for marketing purposes.

I have had a dedicated fax line at home for over 20 years. I rarely get a fax or need to send one these days. In fact most of the faxes I receive are junk, even though I am registered on the do not fax list. While my fax machine can block specific fax numbers, I cannot block a sender if they do not enter their fax number. Faxage gives me the ability to block all faxes from anyone that does not include their phone number.

It is especially critical that you visit 'Admin' -> 'Secure Email' after logging on to your account to set up one of the security options for incoming faxes.
