During that time we have established ourselves as one of the premiere providers of recordkeeping and investment services for 401(k), 401(a), 529 and Section 125 Cafeteria plans in the South. We provide a total turnkey administrative service aimed at taking the burden of qualified plans off the employer. Clients range in size from 1 to 1,000 employees and are located primarily in the Carolinas and the Southeast. We currently manage over $70 million in asset for over 150 clients. Our recordkeeping system and internet site work together to offer unparalleled support to both our clients and participants. Our state-of-the-art system is based on SunGard Corbel’s Relius Administration platform that is utilized by some of the most prestigious institutional recordkeeping firms. SunGard Corbel is the largest and most experienced provider of software and services to the employee benefits industry. They have been in business since 1974. We are not a money manager and thus do not offer any funds directly to our clients. Instead we have built relationships with some of the top independent money management firms in the U.S. Through our relationships, plan sponsors and participants can have access to the following managers and funds: Institutional Funds Network Diversified Investment Advisors SunAmerica Funds Fidelity Advisors Funds Being an administrator today requires a total commitment to technology. Both hardware and software must provide the service customers are seeking and the efficiency to continue to offer a competitively priced product. FBA continues to improve their technology each year by making annual investments in both their internet and recordkeeping systems. Our Internet Center is part of our strategy to provide our clients and participants with accessible information on their plan, account, and industry information though interactive technologies. We have dedicated resources to continually upgrade our site since its inception back in 2001. We feel that interactive technologies and electronic processing will be a critical element in providing “state-of-the-art” services
