With over 20 years experience building homes, Frank and Joe feel that their reputation in the Connecticut home market is built upon their uncompromising commitment to quality and detail. Both Frank, a graduate of the University of Hartford in engineering, and Joe, a graduate of Central Connecticut State University in construction management, feel that one of the biggest services F.N. Builders offers to their buyers is being on-site with buyers and subcontractors on a daily basis.
