The FOCUS team of design engineers, software developers, accountants, technicians, and customer support personnel was brought together with one goal – to meet the customer’s needs. With over 34 years experience in the hospitality industry, we understand the environment in which our customers work, allowing us to better provide solutions. FOCUS designs, develops, maintains, and supports its own software which is a very important factor for consideration when selecting a software solution.

Focus has a long history of working closely with third-party vendors to provide interface solutions for our mutual clients. We have dedicated resources for interface development to ensure our standard interfaces continue to meet the needs of our clients. Focus offers these interfaces free of charge to our clients. Some of the interfaces developed over the past 20 years have included Property Management Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Payroll Applications, Bank Payment Processing, Purchasing and Scheduling.
