But we can control communication with our customers. As soon as we know of a delay or issue with an LTL transportation service delivery, our customer service department immediately notifies our customers about the delay and if necessary, a ready response with a new commitment date and time. We make it our priority that our customers know of any problems so you are not caught off guard by your customers!

Not only does FST constantly monitor the temperatures of your freight while staying in constant communication with you, but we also monitor the safety of your products. Upon arrival and departure, all trailer seals are confirmed. We provide 24-hour security including fenced-in yards and security cameras to ensure the safety of your products. At FST, we make absolutely sure your products are kept at their required temperature from your door to your customer's door. Products are monitored 24-hours a day -- whether on a FST trailer or in our multi-temp food-grade refrigerated warehouse with similar food-grade quality products. To ensure the optimal temperature for your product, FST probes each shipment that comes in and goes out of our facility. We make sure the freight is maintaining its accurate temperature in a quality controlled environment.

FST is proud to say that one of our biggest successes is refrigerated transportation. Because our temperature-controlled terminal is located in Columbus, Ohio, it's easy to pick-up shipments from neighboring states. Once your refrigerated transport shipment has arrived at our facility, we load it right on the delivery truck. That's door-to-door service! Unlike most companies, your products will not be sent to multiple terminals before they reach their delivery destination. At FST we pride ourselves on only having to touch your product once!
