Bill Prather has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 35 years. Prior to joining L.C. Fulenwider Inc., Prather was Vice President-Development for Betawest Properties Inc., the real estate subsidiary of U S West. Prather has extensive experience in the negotiation of both sale and lease transactions gained through his years representing Mountain States Telephone and AT&T in this area as well as U S West and its subsidiaries after the Bell System break-up.
