Akron native Marc D'Antonio, also known as Chef Marc, is the Corporate Chef for The Fred W. Albrecht Grocery Company, owners and operators of Acme Fresh Market. His responsibilities include menu and recipe development, food writer for local newspapers, author of a collection of his recipes along with community leaders, maintain a collection of recipes on the Acme website, and sharing techniques, procedures and tips in a fun, unique culinary style in cooking presentations for adults and children. Chef Marc studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management.
