F & M Construction has a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial construction, including but not limited to: Cold Storage Facilities, Controlled Atmosphere Warehouses, Custom Residential, Food Processing Plants, Industrial Facilities, Insurance Work, Large Commercial Centers, Movie Theaters, Office Buildings, Residential Remodels, Schools, and Strip Malls. We specialize in concrete tilt up buildings, masonry buildings, wood frame construction, and structural steel buildings. We are also an authorized Nucor Steel Building dealer.

F & M Construction Company was formed in 1989 and is a corporation licensed to do business in the States of Washington and Oregon. We specialize in commercial and residential construction.

The majority our work consists of Design/Build projects. This allows us to work directly with our clients in order to meet and exceed their expectations with regards to project scheduling and pricing.
