Industrial repair is the oldest division of our company and our team of highly skilled veteran machinists have been helping our customers solve problems since 1964.

Our quality department is dedicated to continuous improvement through 5s. This 5s culture has brought our rejection rate down to near perfection. We routinely receive the highest quality rankings from our customers. Some of our larger customers have Supplier Excellence Programs and our quality system meets the requirements for SEP. Once we have achieved a level of trust with a customer and are approved for SEP, our products bypass incoming QC and go right to the production floor to be installed in a Jet, Automobile, etc.

We prefer to build long-term relationships with our customers so that we can not only offer repair-services but complete maintenance solutions. Many of our customers have a limited maintenance staff or no staff at all. We are accessible to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the emergency repair line (540) 664-1097.

Our company was one of the first machine shops to own and operate a waterjet back in 1997. Today our water jet team has accrued over 15 years of waterjet machining experience. During that time we have developed a dedicated waterjet production area and maximized the capabilities of our waterjet machining centers. We continue to improve our process flow. Our customers have come to expect the best quality at a great price with quicker lead times than any of our competitors.
