Three generations ago, Gustav F.C. Fabry, began working with pipe organs; indeed, he worked on the team that crafted and installed the world's largest pipe organ in Atlantic City in the 1920's! In 1956 he came to the Chicago Metropolitan area and founded Fabry Sons Pipe Organ Builders. Our craftsmanship was so consistent that we were selected by the venerable M.P. Moller Organ Company to install and finish over 600 new pipe organs throughout the Midwest. David James Fabry, the second generation, has overseen and worked on the installation of over 450 of these instruments. In 1990, his son, David Gustav Fabry, the third generation joined the organization. It was then that we changed the company name to Fabry Inc.
