Fair & Square Construction has been serving the Routt County area in northwest Colorado since 1980. We have successfully completed hundreds of projects from starter homes to custom architectural homes - and everything in between. Fair & Square Construction is a Steamboat Springs, Colorado and North Routt, Colorado general contracting company providing quality workmanship at a fair price in North Routt and the Steamboat Springs area. This tradition started in 1980 when Wayne Adamo founded a small construction company in Steamboat Springs and North Routt County. Even then, we believed in a quality product and a long-standing relationship with our customers.

Fair & Square Construction employs highly skilled carpenters.
