Company founder Vinay Patel has 25 year of hotel experience. At the age of 8, he assisted in housekeeping to front desk at the family motel. Upon graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration, he continued the family business with his father Bob Patel at a small 15 room motel in Richmond, Virginia. Here he learned the values of hard work and perseverance. He did everything from cleaning, maintenance, to running the desk and marketing this small motel.
