Description

Educated at Northeastern University in Boston, Mass., with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Jim was managing multi-million-dollar property and construction projects for Pitney Bowes before founding the Quill Group in 1988. Following his work with Pitney Bowes, he became the Principal for both Atlantic Consulting & Engineering and Fairfield Testing Lab in 1988. He has supervised these multi-disciplined firms in HVAC, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical and civil projects as well as the testing and inspection of soil, concrete, masonry, structural steel and various other subsurface and environmental projects. In 2003, he added the Fuller Engineering & Land Surveying Firm to The Quill Group in order to provide start-to-finish project engineering for his clients. James is also engaged in developing land for commercial and residential use. He is registered as a professional engineer in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Virginia and Georgia.
