Larry Wallace is an experienced finance and general management leader with over 25 years experience in high tech, electronics and consumer products. His focus areas for Fairview are high technology, manufacturing and service and software companies. In his most recent position as the General Manager of Austin Semiconductor, Inc, Larry led a major turnaround of this $13 million business and the subsequent sale of the business to a private equity firm. Larry was also involved in the analysis, due diligence and deal structuring for several acquisition candidates.

Don Jay Smith is a public relations and communications/marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience. He has worked with corporations, including AT&T Capital, sanofi aventis Pharmaceuticals, American Banker, Global Crossing, Lucent, Pfizer and Jaguar; government entities, including the New Jersey State Council for the Arts/Secretary of State, New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and the New Jersey Hall of Fame; and many other entities from small businesses to entrepreneurial startups.

Dan Morse is a dedicated financial services professional with almost 30 years experience in the commercial equipment leasing industry. Prior to joining Fairview, Dan worked for the premier firms in the industry, including US Leasing, PacifiCorp, AT& T Capital, Copelco Capital and CitiCapital. Most recently he was with GE Commercial Finance where he held a variety of senor management positions. Dan has both his BS and MBA from Southern Illinois University and brings a wealth of experience in capital markets and risk management in various industries and asset types.
