This Fund was founded in 2009, is a registered investment advisor and is a hedge fund-of-funds. The primary strategy of underlying managers is global long/short equity. The Fund takes a thoughtful approach to constructing a "best of breed" manager portfolio with flexible mandates and liquid strategies. These managers have a commitment to delivering superior risk-adjusted returns. Allocation of the fund-of-funds averages 15 to 25 managers, with turnover in the 10 to 15% range. Currently, the Fund has assets under management of $258 million.
