Our employees go through training programs to create the most professional landscape maintenance team possible ensuring the highest quality service to our clients. We are proud to be involved with various manufacturers to implement improvements for landscape equipment and materials that improve quality and efficiency.

Fairway Landscape has been providing beautiful and artistic landscape development for over 30 years throughout Southern California. Our Founder, William Beaulieu, and his partner, Richard Chavez, managed a small operation of 38 employees until his death. Through the Beaulieu estate, Michael Stutsman, Roberto Gonzalez, and Robert Sprigg acquired the Company in 1998, Michael is currently managing its operation today.

Mr. Stutsman has been with the company since its foundation in 1979. When he began working for the company as a customer service; he was eager to learn all about the landscape industry and his motivation and dedication has helped him reach his goal. His vast knowledge in the landscape industry includes 28 years of experience in irrigation systems, landscape design, plan bid take off, and plant knowledge, to name a few. Today, he directs Fairway’s daily operations and is involved in all aspects of the business.

To continue to be recognized as a premier leader in the landscape industry providing professional landscape services to new home developers while beautifying and nurturing the environment of the Inland Empire.
