Louis J. Petrucelly is the chief financial officer, executive vice president, and treasurer, bringing to this role more than 15 years of experience in multi-dimensional corporate finance, operations, and accounting. Petrucelly was named CFO in August 2012, following his promotion to vice president of finance and appointment to treasurer and acting CFO in May 2012. Petrucelly served as director of finance from March 2008 to May 2012 and as director of financial reporting from March 2007 to March 2008.
