Jonathan received his Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Pueblo Community College, and has been a part of Falcon Physical Therapy since 2006. He has worked with many different types of people from all walks of life, and enjoys the challenges that each may bring. Jonathan enjoys being an active part of the Pueblo West community, assisting people at the grade school, middle school, and high school levels, as well as the growing retirement community.
Sarah received her Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University Pueblo in 2012 where she majored in Athletic Training and became a Certified Athletic Trainer. She has worked with collegiate and high school athletes and covered many different sporting activities. She is currently enrolled in a Physical Therapist Assistant Program in Pueblo and will graduate in 2015. She thoroughly enjoys working in Sports Medicine but is also looking forward to broadening her experiences with the diverse world of Physical Therapy. Sarah joined Falcon Physical Therapy in 2014.

We enjoy giving back as a team to the community which we all share. We provide Sports Medicine staff to a variety of schools and programs including on field/ mat side care and a “Bump and Bruise” clinic.
David is originally from Iowa City, Iowa. He attended Luther College where he played rugby and received his Bachelor’s degree in biology, followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, which he received from the University of Iowa. He spent time living in Montana, and Lillehammer, Norway, before settling down in Colorado Springs. David has been working with Falcon Physical Therapy since 2009, and enjoys working with all types of patients, including athletes and pediatrics.
Audra received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008, and graduated as a Certified Athletic Trainer. She then went to West Virginia University to complete her Master’s degree in athletic training in 2010. Audra has been practicing in the clinical and high school settings for six years, and began working for Falcon Physical Therapy in 2012 where she now operates as the Community Outreach Coordinator and company Wellness Coordinator in addition to treating patients. She has worked with a range of patients at all skill levels, ranging from high school and collegiate athletes to Olympic competitors.
