Working with Shepherd Scientific's patent drawings and concept prototypes, Fallbrook Engineering created a design concept, conducted concept testing and selected qualified vendors to build SLA models and preproduction tooling for initial bench testing. Fallbrook Engineering coordinated sterilization validation for the development of packaging testing and created all packaging labeling, as well as selected all machine shops, molding shops, test labs and facilities used for the project.

The CAD model was created with SolidWorks software by Bill Gould, one of Fallbrook Engineering’s most talented Senior Associates. With over 40 years of professional experience in the medical device and consumer product industries, Bill Gould’s work has been essential to Fallbrook Engineering’s efforts and we are excited to see his talent used to demonstrate such remarkable manufacturing technology.

Bill is an elite model maker, precision machinist, toolmaker, molder, and plastic part designer. His proficiency with SolidWorks and KeyShot has twice led him to win the SolidWorks International Design Competition. For over 20 years his creative brilliance in designing, modeling and machining rapid prototypes for consumer products and medical devices has made him a valuable addition to Fallbrook's network of associates.
