Our goal is to provide aggressive and effective representation to successfully resolve your matter. Curtis S. Fallgatter has practiced law for over thirty years. He was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida for seventeen years, thirteen of which he served as Chief Assistant. As Chief Assistant, Mr. Fallgatter tried numerous high profile criminal cases on behalf of the United States and also supervised a large number of lawyers in the Civil and Criminal Divisions of that office. Mr. Fallgatter is a past President of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He is also the recipient of the Victim's Rights Award presented to him by the Mayor of Jacksonville and the President of the City Council. Musa K. Farmand is a Jacksonville native, and has been practicing law for over twenty years. He was formerly with Smith Hulsey & Busey.
