Kerry C. Dustin is the Chairman of Falls River Group, a Naples, FL based investment banking firm specialized in the mergers and acquisitions and corporate development of middle-market companies. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of the Ohio offices of a “Big Eight” international consulting and accounting firm, where he grew the Ohio practice from $350,000 to $23 million in annual revenue. Kerry has over 40 years of transactional experience which encompasses buying and selling businesses, structuring financial packages for acquisitions, and valuations of closely held businesses both in the United States, Europe and South America. He also has extensive operational experience in the critical area of post merger integration. As a result of his background, Kerry has successfully quarterbacked the analysis, planning, structuring and negotiations for hundreds of complex business transactions. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and is also the former Chairman of the International Network of M&A Partners. Kerry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ohio State University and Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University’s School of Law. He is a member of International Network of M&A Partners (IMAP) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Kerry co-founded the Ohio Venture Association and the Northeast Ohio Software Association. He is an Alumnus of Leadership of Cleveland and has past or present board roles with numerous corporate, civic and charitable organizations. He is a popular speaker on the subject of mergers, acquisitions and business strategy. Dr. Maegan A. Evans, Ph.D. is a Director with Falls River Group, LLC. Maegan has over 25 years of diversified work experience in private industry, investment banking and consulting. Maegan joined Falls River Group in 1997 and has expertise in transactional analysis, negotiations and client management. Maegan spent 20 years in the Washington D.C. area where she received her PhD from the University of Maryland in 1984. During her years in Washington she worked as a consultant for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Mitre Corporation, Arthur Laffer & Associates and the Women's Economic Round Table. Maegan is currently on the Board of Manager's for Pocahontas Mining Company LLC and the Board of Governors for Grey Oaks Country Club. Maegan lives full time in Naples with her husband and daughter, Jenna. Kurt Andersen is a Director with Falls River Group, LLC ("FRG"), has over 25 years of transactional and operational experience. He has closed more than 70 transactions, primarily in healthcare and will be marketing FRG
