Colette Molloy has practiced in the field of clinical social work with underserved, traumatized children and families for over 15 years including seven years at JPA. She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from Iowa State University, a Masters of Social Work degree from University of Washington and post-graduate training in psychodynamic practice at the Institute for Clinical Social Work. Ms. Molloy supervises the team of licensed therapists at JPA, provides direct services and oversees the agency's high quality and award winning Clinical Program. David E.

Justine Reichardt comes to JPA with over three years of experience in Non-Profit, Special Events Fundraising. For the last few years she has worked in the animal welfare sector, producing large scale events for The Anti-Cruelty Society and PAWS Chicago.

Dr. Stephen Budde has over 30 years of experience in child welfare as a clinical social worker, researcher, teacher, administrator, trainer, and consultant. Dr. Budde was hired by the JPA as the Director of Clinical Programs in 2005 from Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago (UC) where he was an Assistant Professor and Senior Researcher. He also taught research and child welfare courses at the UC School of Social Service Administration. In 2013, Dr. Budde was appointed Associate Executive Director for JPA.

The Richard H. Calica Center for Innovation in Children and Family Services (The Calica Center) is housed at the Juvenile Protective Association (JPA), a nonprofit, social service agency that was skillfully and thoughtfully led by Richard for over 33 years. The Calica Center develops innovative solutions to problems facing society’s most vulnerable children and their families.

Executive Director Angiela Zielinski joined Juvenile Protective Association (JPA) in her current role of Executive Director in March 2012. Previously, Ms. Zielinski worked in various leadership capacities at JPA for more than six years from January of 2001 to April of 2007. Significantly during her tenure at JPA, she played a key role in launching JPA's highly successful and award winning Building Bridges to North Lawndale (BBNL) project. Ms.
