The Center for Integrated Family and Health Services (CIFHS) doing business as The Family Center is a private, non-profit community-based counseling and preventive health services agency that holds a tax-exempt status under Section 501 (c) 3. CIFHS was founded by Dr. Aja Tulleners-Lesh in 1979 as the "High Risk Infant Follow-Up Project" in order to provide in-home preventive services to families with medically fragile babies and to children at risk for child abuse in the San Gabriel/Pomona Valley area.
