For law students and graduates, we provide an opportunity for one-on-one client contact and the opportunity to do meaningful work towards resolving clients’ legal issues. We practice in a number of substantive areas - click here to see a list of our areas of practice . For law students, we provide a full orientation in our areas of practice and exposure to a range of issues and courts.

The Family Center is honored to provide services to low-income, minority women who are struggling with breast cancer. We receive generous funding from the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Greater New York City affiliate to support this work.

Amy Yates Capone is the Principal of Yates Capone Consulting, LLC – a Human Resources consulting practice offering highly customized services and solutions focusing on the alternative investment and technology industries. Amy specializes in a number of areas including performance management, succession planning, organizational restructuring, management coaching and development, M&A due diligence and integration, employee engagement and communication, HR policies and procedures.

Shamoun Afram brings over 16 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry to The Family Center’s Board of Directors. He is currently a Director at the CFO Change division at Credit Suisse New York, where he is responsible for leading and delivering complex global projects. Prior to his work at Credit Suisse, he served as a Senior Manager in the Finance and Performance Management service line at Accenture.
