Your Primary Care Physician is a "Personal Physician" who will get to know your special needs and preferences, and who will listen and provide healthcare guidance and treatment for a broad range of medical problems. As your family doctor, they develop relationships with all members of your family and can help you understand your family's health history and how it impacts you, personally.

There are some services that we provide through contracts with third party business associates. Examples include external laboratories, transcription agencies and copying services. To protect your health information, FHCA requires these business associates to appropriately protect your information.
