2. For the services of obtaining a domestic employee ("Helper"), client agrees to pay FHI referral fee. Full Time Live In - 12% of Helper's Annualized Gross Compensation, (Minimum Fee $2,400.00) Full Time Live Out - 12% of Helper's Annualized Gross Compensation, (Minimum Fee $1,800.00) Part Time - 12% of Helper's Annualized Gross Compensation, (Minimum Fee $1,200.00) Temporary - 20% of Helper's Gross Compensation, (Minimum Fee $35/day) Summer - $1000 placement fee per summer Said Referral Fee shall be due in full upon telephone acceptance by the Client of FHI's referred applicant.

Our extensive experience, working with both clients and helpers, makes us uniquely qualified to focus on "matching" the two parties. This approach not only helps our clients hire the "right" helper today, but tends to ensure a long-term, positive employment relationship.

Family Helpers thoroughly screens all of our client families prior to placing a Helper with them. All of our client families complete a detailed application, which includes information regarding previous employees and a job description. In addition, we strongly encourage all of our families to outline the roles, responsibilities and expectations of their Helper prior to beginning the interview process.
