Description

We are the one you turn to first for check-ups, immunizations, cold, flu and strep throat. We treat acute and chronic problems including asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, ulcers, abdominal pain, arthritis and GERD. We provide well woman exams, prostate screenings and complete physicals with a head-to-toe examination including urinalysis, blood test, skin cancer screening, EKG and chest x-ray (if indicated).

You do NOT have to leave our practice if you go on Medicare. We DO see Medicare patients. We are just not on the Medicare program so you will be seeing us out of network. We hope you will not decide to leave our practice. We CAN continue to be your medical home. For a more detailed discussion of this difficult situation, please read our two Medicare letters below that we send to our patients at age 64 and 64 ½.
