Unopened boxes or vials can be returned within 30 days, unless indicated by manufacturer policy as non-returnable. Once the contacts are received, we will credit you for the contacts, less the shipping cost. Defective, opened vial products must be returned within seven days for exchange, subject to manufacturers approval. Non-defective boxes or vial products which have been opened are "non" returnable.

Some Family Vision Center websites deposit elements of information called "cookies" on a visitor's computer. Cookies are accessed by the Web site that deposited them when a visitor returns to that site. Cookies can tell us how and when pages in a Web site are visited and by how many people and thus help us refine our site to best meet the needs of our customers and visitors. Cookie technology does not collect information that could identify an individual; the information collected is in a pooled, non-identifying form.

Contact Lens manufacturers sometimes offer rebates. The rebates have defined expiration dates and is generally offered as a "one" time rebate per customer. Whenever a manufacturer is offering a rebate that coincides with your type of contact lens and quantity, we will send you the rebate coupon to send into the manufacturer. We do not process rebate coupons for you, you are responsible to submit them yourself.
