Outstanding staff, outstanding membership. We are half way through the year and are ahead of budget in all categories. Interest rates are up and land sales seem to have moderated, but our loan volume, asset quality, and earnings are still running ahead of our business plan projections. Our staff, from Laurie Deems, to De Stewart, to Matt VunCannon, Jan St.John, and Jennifer Couch, is doing an outstanding job serving our customers and creating new business. They are only a small part of a team that is dedicated to exceeding expectations on each opportunity we are given. Over 30% of the staff has started with us in the last three years because of growth and retirement and yet we still have a lending/customer service team with an average experience approaching 16 years. The combination of outstanding experience blended with the energy of youth creates a bright future for us all. I am very proud to be part of the North Florida team.
