Our packing line utilizes the latest in computer technology, using digital cameras that instantaneously photograph, grade and size each individual sweet potato. Automatic box fillers tilt each box to cushion the sweet potatoes' fall into each box. Every sweet potato is individually inspected prior to final packaging.
