Formed by Robert (Bob) Farner, P.E., P.L.S., and Steve Barley, P.L.S., in 1987, Farner, Barley & Associates, Inc. (FBA) has provided a comprehensive range of Engineering, Land Surveying and Land Planning Services to Land Developers and Public Agencies. Over seventeen years of local knowledge and the broad backgrounds and experience of our staff allows us to assist a client's individual needs concerning any aspect of civil engineering and land surveying.
