Penny Morley returns to Farnham as Prevention Services Director Penny Morley a former Student Assistance counselor at Farnham, has returned to the agency as its new Prevention Services Director. She replaces Karen Hoffman who retired in January of 2013. Penny comes to Farnham with a wealth of experience. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Pholosophy/Psychology with a Minor in Women's Studies from SUNY Oswego. She also holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services and is working toward her CAS in Educational Administration from the same institution.
