Farrell Brothers' owner, Randy Rowe, spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me answering all of my questions about the new high-efficiency furnaces, the scope of the job, and the prices and features of various furnaces. Randy also provided me with information about rebates from the furnace manufacturer (Bryant) and from our utility company here in upstate New Yord (National Grid) and helped me to arrange 6-month/no-interest financing through Bryant.
