Our vision of providing exceptional services has been well received by property owners, evidenced by our continuing growth and expansion. Since our inception, we have expanded our client base to include office condominium and property owner association management and are currently one of the largest providers of that service in the Phoenix area. We also provide project development management services, including build-to-suit, consulting, and design review services for owners.

Ms. LaBenz began her real estate career in 1988 as a Property Manager. She attended the Institute of Real Estate Management and completed several courses towards her CPM designation. Prior to accepting a position with Farrmont Realty Group, JoAnne managed for Inverness, Horizon and Eisenberg Company. She managed various types of properties in both Phoenix and Tucson and maintained large portfolios containing office, industrial and retail properties. She is experienced in all phases of commercial property management and has proven her ability to adapt to unique situations during her career.

FARRMONT is pleased to announce that Joanne LaBenz has joined the Farrmont Team as Senior Property Manager. She has extensive office, retail, and industrial experience, and we are pleased to have her join us says Lee B. Farris CPM, CCIM, CMCA, President/Designated Broker for Farrmont. He wishes to express his appreciation for Joanne joining the Farrmont Team, and is glad to be working with her again.

Ms. Schreiner has been involved with property management accounting since 1988. She has served as Accounting Supervisor for many well known local property management companies and has been Farrmont’s Vice President for 18 years. She has above average knowledge of nearly every nationally known software package on the market. She has worked with Skyline, MRI, CenterSoft, Yardi and many other software packages. She has been responsible for all accounting functions, which includes new construction and existing properties.
