Tobin Farwell is the principal and founder of Farwell Engineering Services, LLC. He has over 14 years of experience in the engineering field, focusing on land planning with an emphasis on road design, erosion control and storm water management. He has designed several subdivisions in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As part of the land development process, Mr. Farwell has been involved with permitting for wetlands, alteration of terrain, state subdivision and the recent EPA, NPDES Phase II.
