A local businessman in Evansville Indiana , purchased the business interests of Tri-State Aero on the Evansville Airport (EVV). This full-service FBO has a long history of superior aviation services. Subsequently, the new owner of Tri-State Aero acquired a competing leasehold for future expansion. ARGI acted as a financial advisor to Tri-State Aero and arranged this transaction.

Mark also leads ARGI's consulting practice which specializes in operational reviews, advisory services, and Airport Administration. He has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, including holding an executive position with an aviation services company that specialized in engineering STCs, an aircraft design company, and a commuter airline.

He has more than 30 years of varied experience in the aviation industry, including holding executive and senior management positions with some of the most well known companies in the industry.
