F. d. Neal Construction, Limited began providing design-build services from its Woodstock location in 1994. This company was a logical progression from the initial design only firm, CAD-CON Consulting Incorporated, which has provided Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil design services in Northern Virginia since 1984. Over the years the company has added services and increased its construction capabilities. The company now offers, in-house, all levels of carpentry, excavation and earthwork, HVAC, electrical and plumbing construction services, and A. B. Chance underpinning and foundation repair services in addition to engineering and design support. Several areas of specialty expertise include geothermal heating and cooling and helical pier underpinning and soil nailing. The company invests the time and resources to maintain the wide range of business and professional licenses, registrations, certifications and affiliations necessary to support the type of projects undertaken. This ongoing investment instills in the client the confidence that the project can be executed properly in all phases and at all levels. F. d.
